DELIVERY
Delivery is charged at £5.00 for UK and Europe, £10.00 for the rest of the world.

Please allow 28 days for delivery as Giclée prints are individually printed and may not be in stock at time of ordering.
We endeavour to process orders immediately but in the unlikely event of a print being out of stock we will let you know and give you an expected delivery date.
We do our utmost to process urgent orders - call on 07976 603755.
To avoid damage, prints are sent unmounted in a postal tube.

TAX
Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU, 17½% will automatically be deducted from your order.
If ordering from outside the EU, it is possible that your purchase will be liable to import tax. In such instances, any costs must be met by the buyer.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your payment will be refunded in full in the event of a limited edition being sold out or if you are unhappy with your print in any way.
You may cancel your order within seven days of receiving it. Return the print(s) to us at the address on the right, using the same postal tube in which your order was sent to you. You will then have your payment refunded via the same payment method used to place your order. The returned print(s) must be in perfect condition and you have to pay the cost of returning the goods.

PRINT INFO
Lydia's prints are available as a high quality Lithographic or Giclée print. Each reproduction is part of a limited edition and is individually signed by the artist. The editions are kept small making them more exclusive and collectable.
Sizes of prints in the Gallery are given in inches, height x width. All sizes given are approximate.
We do not offer a framing service.
Lithographic prints
Our lithographic prints are high quality reproductions which are produced using light-fast inks.
Giclée prints
To create each Giclée print the image is sprayed onto the paper at the rate of one million droplets of ink per second giving a continuous tone result that can be applied to nearly any paper surface. This technique, although slow, produces prints that are rich in colour, with a flawless velvety texture that matches the feel of the original. In fact, distinguishing one from an original can be very difficult, even to the expert eye.
Using only very specialised inks, the prints have the remarkable colour saturation that one would expect of an original painting. The light-fast inks can achieve scores of years of longevity.

ORIGINALS
A selection of Lydia's originals are now available to view on the website in a dedicated Gallery. These and many more can be viewed in person at Lydia's studio near Brecon via appointment only – please telephone 01874 712121 or e-mail info@lydiakiernan.co.uk to discuss all arrangements.

A selection of originals can also be seen at any of the many shows that Lydia attends throughout the year.

Original work cannot currently be purchased via the online ordering system. However payment is accepted by cheque or credit card. Postage and packing charges vary and will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Please note that prices for all originals shown on the website are exclusive of VAT.

HOW TO PAY FOR PRINTS
You have the choice of ordering online by credit/debit card using our Secure Server. We accept most major debit and credit cards and you can order online using our secure server provided by Worldpay plc, the first bank approved internet payment processor in the world.
You can also telephone your order through on

Alternatively you can print out an order form and post it to us. We accept payment by credit/debit card or by cheque (payable to 'Lydia Kiernan Equestrian Art' and in UK Sterling only)

All prints are priced in GB Pounds but a converter is available as a guide for other common worldwide currencies including US Dollars and Euros.

SECURITY
Our credit card services are provided by Worldpay plc, the largest bank approved internet payment processor in the world.
The service is fully secure and bank endorsed, and utilises a range of industry standard and WorldPay unique security and fraud prevention systems, combined with fault tolerant secure server networks and firewalls.
The activities of WorldPay are focused solely on the secure electronic collection, management, accounting and payment of money.
As part of the online ordering process, cookies (small text files stored on your computer giving information about your order) are generated for such functions as clicking buttons, checking the order etc. We do not use cookies to track your progress through the site and have no way of knowing which pages individual visitors have viewed. Cookies are not used in any way that abuses your privacy or security.

PRIVACY
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We do not pass on your details to other companies. We value our privacy, and we know that you do too.

ONLINE ORDERING PROBLEMS
The ordering system is based on Javascript cookies. Very occasionally the process can become corrupted and you will see the error message 'undefined' on the ordering pages where you would expect to see prices. In such instances, the cookies need resetting to enable you to re-start the ordering process. Clicking here will reset the process and should cure the problem.
